Silambarasan’s horizens have now widened

R.Silambarasan an ambitious youth living in the village of Abivrutheeswaram in coastal Tamil Nadu. His father Mr.Raman  a farm laborer and his mother Ms.Semthamarai a home maker. There are limited educational and livelihood opportunities in his village, but Silambarasan knows that he doesn’t want to become an unskilled laborer like his father, and remain at the economic mercy of the landowners. He wants to acquire a skill and become a trained laborer, so he can enable his younger brother to go to college and get a well-paying job.

Your donations, Stacey (x4), Digvijay, Ashleigh ( x3), Bill and Heather (x3), will enable Silambarasan to enroll in and complete a year long course in the Automobile trade conducted by the Padma Vocational Training Center. Once he graduates, he is confident of getting a good job, and ensuring that his brother gets an education.

Thanks to your generosity, both Silambarasan and his brother have a good chance of moving out of poverty, and making a decent life for themselves.
