V. Vignesh is an ambitious boy from an agricultural family and he joined the automobile trade out of his own interest. He has a brother studying in 3rd grade and 2 sisters studying in 9th and 6th respectively. His father is a farm worker and his mother is a homemaker. His family’s income is 12,000 rupees ($260) a year which is not sufficient to allow his siblings to continue their studies. Since 100% of the students who graduate from Padma go on to find employment that earns them $65-$85 dollars a month, Vignesh has a great new opportunity to help support his family.
