- In rural India, there is no support for high school students unable to get into competitive math and science colleges, leaving many struggling to find good work and support themselves.
- Padma's students are trained in vocational skills, and 100% of these graduates go on to find sustainable employment. The students may choose to study electrical wiring, auto repair, or welding.
- Thanks to generous donations, Padma is able to provide this education to its students completely free of charge.
